Episode 14 of the Hop Addition is here! Its a Q&A episode which is the longest we’ve ever done. Lots of information, but should be good for a listen. Many thanks to everyone who sent in questions for us to answer, hopefully we’ve covered them well enough to satisfy. All opinions are our own, and we’re not perfect humans, so make sure you do your own research if you plan on following our tips.

Another great epsiode that at points nearly had me crashing my car laughing. Thanks to the Hop addition team for the positive feedback on my Fruit Wheat beer (my 5th all grain brew). A massive thanks to Chris for your help and advice.
Here is the adapted recipe I used I have totalled up the Raspberries to the 23 litre batch. I split mine into four as a test batch Raspberry, Strawberry, Blueberry & Blackcurrant and Mixed fruit of all four.
Fruit Wheat beer
2.3kg Wheat Malt
2.7kg Crisp Extra Pale Ale malt
20g Challenger Hops T90, 7.3% Alpha rating
60 minute Mash
70 minute Boil
Protofloc tablet 15 minutes from end of boil
X 2 packs of Cross My Loof Gretel Yeast
2.5kg Frozen Raspberries added on day 4 then left for 10 days (These were picked from my allotment and frozen within the hour)
